ROCKWOOL ASIA – Looking for an International Intern

HR coordinator (International intern)

Reporting to HR Manager, Guangzhou

Based in Guangzhou (Huangpu district, Luogang area)

3-6 months

Job Purpose & Scope 

Coordinate with HR China and Asia Regional team to support employer branding, recruitment activities, etc. Support Ad hoc projects such as management trainee recruitment or other tasks for local team.

Key Responsibilities & Job Content

  • Understand existing process of recruitment and monitoring KPIs to improve recruiting efficiency across Asian countries
  • Support the coordination to implement recruitment system and tool  
  • Consolidate regional hiring needs for the region, publishing on Group website
  • Work on company employer branding to expand channel for recruitment, such as webpage, linkedin relation, career fair and relationship with target universities, etc.
  • Help to manage LinkedIn regional account : publishing relevant key positions, searching candidates and maintaining actively a talent pool across the region
  • Operational recruitment support for a project/task force
  • Job description review with country HR
  • Language training to employees
  • Support other training programs, training record, reporting, etc. 

 Professional Skills & Personal Behaviors (competencies) 

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or HR related majors
  • Previous internship or professional experience in project coordination, ideally in HR or management consultancy
  • Understand manufacturing industry, willing to work in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in international organizations, open to Asian culture
  • Ability to participate actively social media (Linked-in, twitter, facebook, etc.)
  • Interested in working with people
  • Excellent proficiency level of English (European with excellent English level or English native speaker)
  • Proactive, result oriented, strong communication skills, unbiased, acts independent, but also team-player with impact, ability to influence stakeholders without hierarchical power
  • MS Office skills and IT savvy in general
  • Recruitment experience/interest is a plus.
