Phillip Kent has over 20 years experience in the general insurance industry, including 15 years in Asia. He has worked in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong. For the past 5 years he has been the CEO of Allianz Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Ldt., subsidiary of the Allianz Group, one of the worlds largest insurance and asset management companies. Prior to this he was the General Manager (Property and Casualty) for Allianz Insurance Management Asia Pacific Pte Ltd helping to formulate and implement Allianz's regional strategy for Asia.

Charlie Lang is an Executive Coach and Trainer, and founder of Progress-U Ltd. He is a professional public speaker and author of more than 100 articles on the topics of leadership, coaching and change management. Mr Lang is a founding member and past president of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community. His first book "The Groupness Factor" was published in 2005. He is now working on his second book, which is about corporate coaching culture, due to be published in early 2010.
