If Hong Kong is prepared to benchmark itself against other cities in earnest such activities will become an economic stimulant and our environment will improve dramatically. BCE is encouraging The Hong Kong Administration to have the conviction of its own slogans and back it up with a strong policy and corresponding legislation.
