Thomas Halfdan Andersen started his career in Hong Kong in 1992. He first joined a Danish trading company within electronic components industry, servicing amongst others Danfoss in their early days in China.
Being an entrepreneur at heart he established and owns several companies amongst others a trading & consulting company (Tacam HK Ltd.) and further a travel service company (Hildebrand Int’l Travel Service Ltd.)
In 2004 he was appointed Vice Consul at the Royal Danish Consulate in Hong Kong with responsibilities within the Trade Counsel (eksportrådet) and further Deputy to the Consul General, a position he held until the closure of the Danish Consulate in Hong Kong in 2012.
Recently Thomas joined the Gronsedt Technology Group as International Sales Director.
Gronsedt Technology is a Danish owned company with factories in China manufacturing Stainless Steel and Aluminium components for the food processing/packaging, windmill, agriculture and building industries.

Anita is senior director at Fossil Group Asia Pacific where she is responsible for the ‘SKAGEN’ brand in Asia Pacific. Anita has been promoting danish design for the past 13 years of which the past 9 years has been with base in Hong Kong. She joined the Danish Chamber of Commerce in 2014.

Anders Thygesen moved from China to HK in 2010 and joined as treasurer of DCC in 2011 with responsibility for accounts and budget. Anders is Group CFO for the MARLOX Group with global activities within manufacturing and distribution of branded watches and Jewellery for own and licensed brands. Anders has previous worked for Superfos, Coloplast and Pandora. Anders holds a masters degree in Management Accounting and Controlling from Aarhus Business School and an Executive MBA from Ivey in HK. Anders lives in Discovery Bay together with his wife Rikke and three kids.

Poul came to Hong Kong in March 2001, to take over the leadership of A-TEX Hong Kong which at that time only had 3 employees as well as develop A-TEX business areas in Asia.
Today A-TEX employs 145 employees in Hong Kong as well as 70 employees in Dongguan. Business areas include accessories for garments, promotional items for B2B, Bags & Packaging department as well as Store Council department (last one established late 2010).

Since the launch in 2007, OBAKU has become one of the fastest growing watch companies in the world and is still a family owned and operated business with more than 150 employees and points of sale in more than 65 countries worldwide.
Dan holds a Bachelor degree in International Economics & Business from Aalborg University, an AP degree in Financial Management and a P.dip in Fashion & Luxury Brand Management from Hong Kong University.

Frank Jensen is Chief Commercial Officer at Modern Terminals Ltd and has worked in Asia since 1990. He has worked in the Logistics/Container Shipping industry for 28 years. He joined Modern Terminals in 2000 as General Manager Sales & Marketing after 10 years in Asia with Danish trading company The East Asiatic Company (EAC) where he worked in various leadership roles in Logistics and Transportation in Hong Kong, China and India.
Frank has an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School, Canada.
Frank has been involved with the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong since 2006 and served as Chairman for 5 years from 2011 to 2016.

Lisa Lindenskov qualified as an interior designer from the Danish Design School in Copenhagen. Her professional experience spans the field of interior design, graphic design, authoring, training and mentoring. She has also been heavily involved in leading tasks related to the promotion of design – both within Denmark and in a number of other countries. After working as a designer in Copenhagen, she moved to Montreal and worked for a large multi-disciplinary design company. In parallel, she co-owned Skandove, a company specialized in the design, manufacture, import and sale of design products to niche design and art museum boutiques. After 8 years in Canada, Lisa migrated to South Africa to become CEO of Design South Africa, with a 3 year mandate to establish a promotional design organisation for the enhancement of design in Southern Africa. During this time, Lisa was board member of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Johannesburg. She has also held a position as Design Director in Dubai and has worked in Copenhagen being involved with the Danish furniture industry. Lisa has served on several executive boards, steering committees, adjudication panels and has published several articles and papers on design. She owns The Design Mission, a consultancy firm in Hong Kong.

Kenneth was born 1975 in Aarhus, Denmark and started out his career as a Marketing Trainee with Tuborg (Carlsberg) breweries. Over the past 20 years his work has spanned beer, music, shoes and jewelry working for companies such as Carlsberg, EMI-Capitol Music, ECCO Shoes and Pandora Jewelry.
Specialized within Sales, Retail and Marketing, Kenneth has been fortunate to work in more than 25 different markets spanning from Scandinavia to Eastern Europe and the Middle East and recently across all major markets in Asia.
Kenneth Madsen took up the position as President of PANDORA Asia in March 2013. Based in the company’s regional office in Hong Kong, Kenneth Madsen and his team of around 100 staff manage 12 different markets across the Asian region. Kenneth firmly believes that the Scandinavian heritage, the design, the high quality and precious nature of Pandora jewelry speaks to the Asian women and he pursues an ambitious plan for Pandora to become the most loved jewelry brand in Asia.

Robbert van Trooijen is responsible for Maersk Line’s activities in the Asia Pacific Region, comprising Greater China, North East Asia, South East Asia and Oceania.
He joined the Royal Nedlloyd Group in 1990 as Management Trainee in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
After assignments in São Paulo (Brazil), Seoul (South Korea), and Hong Kong, Robbert was appointed Director, Global Network and Equipment Flow Management in P&O Nedlloyd’s head office in London in 2005.
Following the acquisition of P&O Nedlloyd by A.P. Moller – Maersk A/S, Robbert joined Maersk Line’s head office in Denmark as Vice President Latin American Trades in 2006.
Early 2008 he assumed responsibility for the West and Central Asia Region, stationed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, followed by an assignment to run Latin America & the Caribbean, stationed in Panama City, Panama, in 2011.
In July 2015 he took responsibility for the North Asia Region, which was merged with the Asia Pacific Region in January 2016.
Effective January 2016, Robbert’s responsibilities also include MCC Transport, the Intra-Asia Carrier, a subsidiary of the Maersk Group.
Robbert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from his native country the Netherlands, supplemented with additional education at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Harvard Business School.
He lives with his family in Hong Kong.
